About the Product
Product X is a proven SaaS project portfolio management (PPM) solution focused on maximizing organizational return on project investments while minimizing associated risks. With an intuitive interface, Product X helps manage the complete flow of projects through initial intake, planning and monitoring, and final delivery using an interactive visual workflow.
Client wanted to build a product that makes it possible for product people to track product health, prioritize trade-offs, inform stakeholders, and make decisions without having to spend hours cobbling information together.
Tring’s Approach:
As an end to end technology partner for Sopheon, a three-phased approach was used to overcome the need for an aggresive go to market goals. Phase one: A thorough Business Process Review was done to understand the needs, competitors, pricing strategies, determine the success factors (KPIs) and to document the requirements. Phase two: Tring’s UX experts worked with the Product Owner and Product Manager to hash out the information architecture, critical business flows, wireframes and visual designs. Phase three: Focused on an Agile centric development methodology leveraging Tring’s Solution Accelerator and Serverless Architecture framework to release the feature sets every Sprint.
Outcome:
The product is a comprehensive Saas solution built to help organizations get the most value from their project investments. It was developed in a span of 90 days and was successfully used by over 50+ customers within 6 months of launch.
